How we determine what frequencies we will use?

 

We used A = 432 htz tuning on all the instruments unless we were writing a piece that was based on a specific frequency, such as a Solfeggio Frequency.  Each piece was given an intent and an identity to help bring consciousness into reality. 

 

With a combination of affirmations, stories, humor, toning, and various instruments, we have put together what we feel are powerful healing pieces of music or sound healing.  Each one is uniquely different.

 

Our recordings fall into three (3) categories:

Healing Frequencies

 

These are where we identify a specific frequency (ie., 528 htz) and remain in that frequency for the entire piece.  We may change the rhythm, the vocals or the ambience…… yet the musical piece stays in that frequency. 

 

In this category are all 7 Chakras where we used the A = 432 htz tuning and starting with the key of C for the 1st Chakra, D for the 2nd Chakra, E for the 3rd Chakra, F for the 4th Chakra, G for the 5th Chakra, A for the 6th Chakra and B for the 7th Chakra.

 

There are many opportunities for vocal toning with these pieces , such as ohm or other words or chants.  We use a drone like approach to creating the many harmonics of that specific frequency.  The benefits of toning are on the Information page of 432 Peace Project.

           Solfeggio frequencies... is a sub category of 

Healing Frequencies as each piece of music is created in the

same manner using one of

the Solfeggio Frequencies......

 

They make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music,

including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants.

The chants and their special tones were believed to impart

spiritual blessings when sung in harmony.

 

Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency that helps to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.

Songs of Healing 

These are songs we wrote using different chords that were either in; A=432 htz tuning or a key that is matched up to a specific frequency.  In other words, if you tune to A=444 htz, the note C is 528 htz. 528 htz is a Solfeggio Frequency.  Some songs we tuned to A=444 htz and played in the key of C so harmonically we would be basing the song off of the 528 htz frequency.

 

These songs create a musical blog to combine our thoughts and affirmations on what is important to us and, in our judgment, important to the world, such as compassion, forgiveness, radical acceptance, love, gratitude, and trust .... using specific frequencies to create our Songs of Healing.

 

Our intent was to combine the power of sound frequencies with the intent of emotional and spiritual healing.

           

Each piece will resonate differently with each person as we are all made up of our own combination of frequencies that we identify as self.  What I have found when listening to these pieces is that if I am either highly attracted OR IRRITATED….. I have probably found the frequency and intent (or subject) that I could use some nurturing and healing around.

Instrumental Healing

These are instrumental (no spoken words)  musical pieces, we use the music, the frequencies, and the melodies to help create the intent of the musical piece...that is combined with an specific frequency to help bring about sound healing...or healing with sound.

These pieces challenge us to create intent with sound only ......I love them, they really have helped my focus....

Healing Frequencies

​

1st Chakra/Base or Root Chakra – This Chakra is about being grounded and connected to the earth and physical survival. The color is red and it is located at the perineum, base of the spine.

 

I am connected with the energy of Mother Earth

My body, mind and spirit are

grounded, centered and purified. 

I am peaceful, protected and secure.

 

2nd Chakra/Sacral Chakra – This chakra energy is the center for creating relationships of all kinds.  It is where we develop an inward sense of self and an outward awareness of others, ego, sexuality, and family and defined as we work with this energy.  The color is orange and it is located between the base of the spine and naval.

 

I am able to feel all the positive emotions, I embrace them

as they allow me to stand in my power,

I am able to feel all the negative emotions, feelings of fear, anxiousness,

doubt and I truly understand what causes them.

 I accept all emotions as they bring about

joy, dignity and peace teach me

lessons of growth and truth.

I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy

a healthy and passionate life.

 

3rd Chakra/Solar Plex Chakra – This Chakra is the center for personal power.  It is the place that is the seat of our emotional lives, power, laughter, joy and anger.  The color is yellow and it is located a few inches above the naval in the solar plex area.

 

I stand in my power and lovingly acknowledge,

accept and appreciate all parts of me.

The more I stand in my power, the more I love, the more I love,

the more I am loved!

 I am powerful and loving.

 

4th Chakra/Heart Chakra – This Chakra is about love, kindness, and affection.  It is said to be the house of the soul and the center of love, compassion, harmony and peace.  The color is green and it is located within your heart.

Love is the answer to everything in life,

and

I give and receive love effortlessly and unconditionally.

 

5th Chakra/Throat Chakra – This Chakra is about communication, creativity, self-expression and judgement.   It is concerned with the sense of inner and outer hearing.  The color is blue/turquoise and is located within the throat.

​

My thoughts are positive, and I always

express myself truthfully and clearly.

 

6th Chakra/Third Eye/Brow Chakra – This Chakra deals with the spiritual nature of life. It is the Chakra of intuition, perception, and spiritual knowing and is concerned with inner vision and wisdom.  The color is Indigo and is located at the center of the forehead at eye level or slightly above.

7th Chakra/Crown Chakra – This Chakra is the connection to the universe and Divine purpose.  It is concerned with spiritual information, understanding, acceptance and knowing and is said to be our own connection to God.  The color is violet/white and is located at the top of the head.

 

I am complete and one with the divine energy.

Compassion in F – (This healing frequency is A = 432 htz tuning in the key of F) 

 

The definition of compassion is the ability to understand the emotional state of another person or oneself. When we see someone is in distress and we feel their pain as if it were our own, and strive to eliminate or lessen their pain, then this is compassion.

 

Compassion involves having a different perspective on how we perceive others and learning to make the shift to assume the best in others.  When we allow ourselves to see the best in others, we can see the best in us.

 

Forgiveness in D– (This healing frequency is in A = 432 htz tuning in the key of D)

 

Forgiveness does not mean, “What you did is OK to me.” It simply means “I am no longer willing to carry around pain in response to your actions.” When we hold unforgiveness in our hearts, we only punish ourselves. Forgiveness is letting go of anger and resentment so we can heal and be at peace.
