This collection of songs is where I went to after my Trilogy was complete. My healing journey became my focus in life and worked on loving myself and realizing I am taking the steps to create my own path of healing. As my songs says, I am the Captain of my Own Ship and I am letting go of the past and creating my own way. Each song tells a part of my healing story.
